Preliminary Budget

We will create a quote of your project based on the scope and rough details.

Design

We will collaborate, and sometimes involve a designer or architect, to create the plans for your project. A second budget will be created for your approval.   

Plan Refinment

We will work with sub-trades if needed to finalize details and work with your to choose details.

Final Budget and Scheduling

You will receive a detailed quote, contracts will be signed, and our timing will be set.
